Refund & Replacement Policy

As our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds for items ordered in the wrong size, design, or color. However, we offer free replacements in the following cases:

  • Damaged items
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Lost packages during shipping

To qualify for a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping Costs: If you're returning an item for a replacement, please note that shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable.
